(B.Sc. Economics – University of London); FCIB: A distinguished and accomplished professional banker with over forty years of practical banking and finance experience. He started his banking career in 1960 with Barclays Bank DCO (Now Union Bank of Nigeria Plc). He joined the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in 1967 and rose through the ranks to become a Department Director before he retired in 1996. He was pioneer Chairman of the joint CBN/NDIC Technical Committee on Problem Banks.

Godwin was appointed Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Co-operative and Commerce Bank plc in 1997. In February 1998, he was appointed Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of National Bank of Nigeria Ltd, a position he held until the bank was fully restructured and returned to the original owners (Odua Investment Company Ltd.) in 2000. He brings a wealth of finance and business expertise to Harval. He is also a seasoned entrepreneur with large investments in poultry and fishery. He is a fellow of the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Bankers. He is also an alumnus of George Washington University, USA.

B.Sc. Geology – University of Ibadan; M.Sc/DIC – Imperial College London: He acquired his oil and gas skills at the foremost wholly indigenous exploration and production (E & P) Consultancy in Nigeria at the time (Geotrex Systems Ltd). Harold was pioneer development geologist for Niger Delta Petroleum Resources Limited (the pioneer marginal field E & P Company in Nigeria). His upstream E & P experience spans over 11 years and covers production geology, development geology, geochemistry, reservoir geology and sedimentology. A seasoned professional and entrepreneur, he has been responsible for birthing and developing various businesses across several industrial sectors (oil and gas, energy, real estate, engineering, etc), also acting variously as Business Development Manager and Director, Group Head Energy Business Development in top rate companies, etc. He developed the Energy Division of Vigeo Limited. He had primary responsibility to birth the VigeoFarstad Joint Venture in Nigeria. He is also renowned for his offsite business development strategy services, offered to foreign corporate organizations (especially in the oil and gas, marine and energy sectors). These strategy services include facilitation of new products and services entry to the Nigerian market; roll–out, implementation, monitoring and performance assessment methodologies and systems based on client unique strengths and business comparative advantages; operating cultures and philosophies; custom value propositions; other soft in-house competencies, etc.  As sole Nigerian Representative/Independent Consultant, he played a pivotal role in the establishment of R.S. Platou Offshore A.S. subsidiary in Nigeria (R.S.  Platou Nigeria Limited). In the area of corporate social responsibility (and more recently termed corporate social investment), he has used his core skills and expertise to assist upstream oil and gas companies across the oil producing states in the Niger Delta identify critical social and host community challenges. The resulting gap analyses reports are then the foundation to create custom, host community projects (CSR PROJECTS) that fill these gaps and enhance the living standards of the host communities.

Harold also has extensive experience and a unique knack for diagnosing and resolving opportunity and performance gaps; and strategy and innovation gaps within organizations across all industrial sectors and top notch organizations. He has extensive experience in enterprise-wide corporate restructuring and strategic repositioning, especially in human and material resource optimization (key areas include work flow process diagnostics and tweaking, custom-fit work flow synergy platforms, general HR optimization strategies, etc). Harold is the founding and current Chief Strategist/CEO of Harval Nigeria Limited. He is Managing Director/CEO of Harval Properties Limited. He is Executive Director/Chief Business Development Officer of Achaea Corporation. He is also a Director in Subweld Nigeria Engineering Limited. He brings a wealth of expertise and experience spanning various industrial sectors and business disciplines.

B.Sc. Chemistry – University of Ilorin: She has over 10 years cognate working experience spanning Sales and Marketing (FMCG), Banking and Telecommunications industrial sectors. She has undergone various operational and management training courses, which have honed her natural talents and attributes. She has worked variously in a number of reputable companies (Comet Merchant Bank, now First Inland Bank; Celia Motophone, etc) garnering considerable experience across Customer Care/Customer Relationship Management, general administration and Sales and Marketing. She is a natural high flyer with the uncanny knack for consummating deals and brings considerable real world experience to Harval. She has consummate consumer understanding and commercial awareness, coupled with her excellent human resource management and well tested analytical skills. She is an energetic, confident and articulate individual.
