RKOffshore Management Pte Ltd (RKOM)
RKOM, is the Singapore-based ship management arm of RKSH and manages, both technically and commercially, the vessels in the RKSH fleet as well as on behalf of third parties. RKOM is ISO 9001:2001 certified for the provision of ship management functions and has a strong operational history based on forging close relationships with local operators and end users. The company has pioneered long-term charters in the offshore supply sector and 22 of the vessels are fixed out on long-term time charters for periods between 3-10 years, the majority to the Sanko Steamship Co., Ltd of Japan.
RK Shipholdings Ltd (RKSH) was founded in 2005 as a Singapore-based company specialising in the offshore supply sector. Including vessels under construction RKSH currently has a fleet of 29 vessels comprising:
- 24 Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS)
- 3 Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) support vessels
- 2 Platform Supply Vessels (PSV
The vessels are trading worldwide, servicing such clients as Acergy, Total E&P, ENI, Talisman Energy and RXT and support every phase of offshore oil and gas exploration development and production. The majority of the operations are carried out in West Africa with the balance of the fleet trading in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
All the vessels in this very young fleet are equipped with Dynamic Positioning of at least class 1. The company is developing its own supply of seafarers, many of whom are on direct contracts with the company in order to ensure quality and safe service to its customers.
Harval Nigeria Limited in association with RKOffshore Management Pte Ltd, through its local subsidiary RKOffshore Nigeria is providing the same internationally benchmarked services to the Nigerian and Gulf of Guinea offshore oil industry.

Brunton Industries Limited, of Trevol Business Park, Torpoint, Cornwall PL11 2TB UK, a company registered in United Kingdom, manufacturers, and owners of Yellowjet Water Taxis AND HARVAL NIGERIA LIMITED are provided water taxi services and allied technical service support to Yellow Jet water taxi operators in Lagos and other water bordered states.
We are also Brunton Industries official representatives and marketers in Nigeria and the entire West African sub region.
